Icy (http://www.icy.nl) has developed a connected thermostat called the 'E-Thermostaat'. See this page for more information on this thermostat. For the European market, this is a compelling solution as it adheres to the OpenTherm standard and can therefore control most central heating systems in an efficient way.

This thermostat can be controlled over the internet through a website or through mobile Apps. Therefore it's possible as well to control this through the Vera domotica controller. To this purpose I've developed this plugin.

The plugin can be found on the mios app store (http://apps.mios.com), it's called 'ICY E-Thermostaat'.

The plugin offers three functions:

- Showing the current room temperature as a generic temperature sensor.

- Controlling the four thermostat modes (Comfort, Bespaar, Lang-weg and Vaste Temperatuur)

- Controlling the temperature setpoint.

Finally, the thermostat modes and setpoint temperature can be controlled from scenes as well.
